A short while ago, the governing body has been making noise about outlawing net gaming in the United States. While this isn’t likely to happen, the house will certainly try to levy a tax on the industry. This is causing most companies to shut down their businesses or to take them offshore. Just because the administration has pushed its moral ideas onto the US community, is no reason that citizens should give up their "pursuit of happiness".
A lot of people love net bingo games. Just a while ago a woman came in first in the "Queen of Bingo" contest from one of the online sites. She captured $10,000 and multinational recognition for her achievement.
Millions and millions of people wager at brick and mortar casinos and different venues. Why should web wagering be pointed out? Even the Catholic church uses bingo to raise $$$$ and they enjoy tax free status.
Maybe we should remind congress that they work for us, not for themselves. Let them know that the "Bill of Rights" has not been thrown away.
